Visual C + + Runtime Error! iexplorer.exe - On Windows Vista. Please Help!?

Q: I am genuinely clueless about my laptop, and today it won't let me upload photos to a particular website. It tells me there is a runtime error and that runtime wants to drop the program in an unusual way. I don't have any toolbars installed, so that isn't the problem. Can anyone suggest anything???
A: Its to all intents either the site is having problems or IE got corrupted.
If you want to try to reinstall IE, go into Control Panel > Add or Do in Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components. Uncheck IE. Go through all the steps to remove it. Go back into Add/Remove Windows Components. Re-check up on IE and let it install again.

Q: I remember I may have deleted something that shouldnt have been deleted from my laptop (system) bcuz now when I try to acess the net..
this is exactly the message that pops up when I try to acess the internet on my laptop
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
program: C:/programs files/internet explorer/iexplorer.exe
this assiduity has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the applications support team for more info.
???? WTF is successful on? And what can I do? and who is the app's support team?
By the way, this just happened today
A: Into your recycle bin, hopefully the system file is still there
Otherwise, check your system restore, and restore back to 2 days ago
Go to
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Bring back
Select restore computer to an earlier time and click Next
Select a date 2 days ago or a day before you off the file
Click next and let it perform a system restore
If that doesn't help too, you may need to repair your windows with the windows institution disc
