Is there any FREE registry scan and repair tools online?

Q: I have tried a three that said FREE (even freeware), but they only scanned my computer and found the errors, you had to PAY for the programme to fix the errors. Are there any FREE scan AND repair tools out there.
Please nothing from the Windows orientation, because I cannot pass genuine advantage, so cannot download anything from there.
