then it said registry edit has been disabled by your administrator. Now what do I do? I'm tryin to put my control panel back on my computer. And also on the internet, I went to tools and my internet options is missing. How do I get that back, also?
A: If you login as power alcohol, you cannot install programs or edit the registry.
You must login as administrator in order to have the rights to edit registry and install programs.
