Q: quandary started when i deleted spyware blockers and an antivirus, so im on my computer and i right click to open lecture manager,not workin,so i go to fix it beacause i found off line how to fix it but then i notice that my regidet thing was turned off & i found off profession how to turn that back on b-4 at an earlier time2,Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Restrain access to registry editing tools -> Right Click Properties -> Disabled,but when i tried it didnt go,how do i fix that?& its not just that since that happend my computers been wealthy slow i have dsl & tried downloading some things & my internet explorer wont let me & i also tried firefox & but the browser would congeal at the pages not loading other pages well then i tried downloading the apple safari browser but the pop up wouldnt show up so i couldnt download it & downloaded a understandable reg. cleaner i had bout 84 probs only 4 got fixed it said administrator turn it off reg editing
