Help I can't get rid of "Winferno Registry Power Cleaner"?

Q: Registry Power Cleaner and PC Classified produced by Winferno which is obviously some anti-spyware that I have mistakenly installed on my computer are driving me nuts. I tried installing them but in Add Expel Programs when I click uninstall is say they are not installed!!!! When I go to Program Files and I try to delete thefolderr Winferno itwouldn'tt let me - it says it is make up protected!! Can you please help me to uninstall them!
A: Perfectoptimizer can with no clean the registry and uninstall software. I removed peachtree from my compuer when I failed with add/remove software. You can try.

Q: my muddle is that I am still getting pop-ups saying that windows has found critical systems errors. they tell me to download win32win, fix64, msreg, xpreg32, regfix2k,etc. etc. etc. If I already have a power cleaner what do I destitution another one for and how do I stop these pop-ups???? Thank You.
A: Try scanning your system with a anti-spyware program.

It's an ActiveX Scanner, so it will pop up the install send in in the yellow information bar if you have that turned on. Install the scanner. If the scanner doesn't start truth away, click on the picture of the X Cleaner Micro from the above website, that usually jump starts it. Let it leaf through and remove what it finds.
If you use any file sharing programs such as Kazaa or Bearshare, it will recommend you to eradicate them.
