Q: I ran a Registry Repair on my computer awhile back conclusion it can be useful as a scan disc or defragmentation. i figured it could only help keeping my computer clean. Well what it did is it deleted something that tells windows to run and now my obelisk does not work anymore. Windows wont load. I took it in to be repaired and they said they cant fix it without the original disc to re-connect whatever it is to make windows work again. They told me i need to trash the tower and get another one. Seems to me that he just wanted me vend give him the tower. What can i do short of getting a new computer. i know there has to be a way to get it up and going again.

A: you prerequisite to get a windows cd. That can bring your computer back to work. No need to replace the tower.

Q: My computer runs with errors, and less slow. I've not got many programs on it and the hard drive is mostly free. I've been told the registry may need to be repaired. So I'm looking for a for twopence or free registry repair program that I can give a shot. I figured yahoo answers would be the best place to get the assistance I need. Thanks in advance
