A: Go to http://www.symantec.com/assurance_respons e/writeup.jsp?docid=2005-092311-2608-99& amp;tabid=3 and do what they say.
Now as you are a beginner, understand a couple of things:
1/ Only have ONE antivirus and ONE firewall constant at any given time.
2/ You can have multiple antispyware running. I highly suggest superantispyware, adaware, and spybot s&d.
3/ Even with the system return turned off, and the virus or worm disabled, there is something called a prefetch folder that loads disconcerted portions of applications every time windows starts. This is done to load the applications faster, but some malware will whip itself in there. It is important to DELETE all files here too, or as you know, it will keep on coming. Get Ccleaner and check ALL items on the first window.
4/ Another situate that viruses live is in either the startup folder, or many of the startup places in the registry. Get wimpatrol and look at their startup and services tabs. Check b determine out each item at processlibrary.com and disable anything that you dont need.
5/ You have to do all of the above within the same session, or something may be revived on a restart.
Virtue luck!

Is there any tool to reset my computer registry?

Q:
A: as you don't mention your operating system I cant help to the full extent you probably need but lets give it a shot.
I know in windows xp qualified edition you can use the "secedit" command-line. But this is quite temperamental and once not the safest way although it is Microsoft's only built in way of rebooting the registry and file permissions.
*Start Bar (windows icon at bottom hand) > click on RUN > Type "CMD" > copy and paste
"secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\set right\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose" into the cmd prompt
You may need to format your computer with a brand new put of windows mind, which isn't always a bad thing to do. Just make sure you keep your computer tidy and organized and don't induct any shady software.
then the best thing you can do is always keep a backup of your registry and you can download various software that will do it unfettered of charge.
if this doesnt at all help
THEN GOOGLE YOUR QUESTION YOU SHIT x
