Q: I am cogitative of buying Registry Mechanic 7 from PC Tools as it is one of the best tools that there is but it provides only a basic support for Vista(that's what they say). Is there is a tool that has been deveolped to brace Vista at all? A tool that is safe to use? Also reliable? What about Windows One Care online beta scanner from Microsoft itself? I want a final word here. Can anybody help me please? Registry Mechanic does not provide system restore opportunity for Vista, that's another worry. I have a choice between Registry Mechanic 7 and One Care online Scanner. Can anyone guide me here?
A: Use the Voluntary Safety scanner from Microsoft. If you REALLY think it will help.
