P.S its hard for me to get on assured sites because like i said its gone crazy. I will like click on certain location and the internet will redirect me.
A: It sounds like you poverty more than a registry cleaner; website re-direction is a sign of infection.
Perhaps try SUPERAntiSpyware (free). Installl and update, then bring off a complete scan. Hopefully that will sort any nasties out.

Do you have anti-virus installed? I urge scanning with that also. If not, Avast! Home Edition (free) is good - it offers an option to 'plan a boot-time scan', which I believe is very effective (even if it does take some time).
